The 5th Champalimaud Neuroscience Symposium
From today at 6pm until 24th September, the Champalimaud Foundation is hosting the Champalimaud Neuroscience Symposium. This is a unique opportunity to see the cutting-edge work performed by some of the most respected neuroscientists.
Carlos Ribeiro, co-organiser of this year’s event, said: “While planning this year's symposium, we were looking for a set of speakers who best represent the exciting work being done within current neuroscience. It was a real pleasure to come up with this year's list of speakers, who represent the breathtaking diversity of current neuroscience.” Megan Carey, who also co-organised, shared his enthusiasm and underlined her own high expectations: "I'm really looking forward to this Symposium. The scientific program is incredibly exciting, and hosting it here is a special opportunity to showcase our science and our institution.”
Here at the Champalimaud Foundation, we are sure that everybody involved, participating and attending will have a wonderful few days at the threshold of innovation.
