Entry guidelines

1. Candidate Eligibility

The recipients of the award are productive groups rather than individuals. This may involve groups from more than one institution or discipline.

2. Nomination Process

Candidates will be nominated by recognised members of the scientific community.

3. Candidate entry forms

Candidate entry forms must be completed and signed by a Nominator. Forms will be available online at http://www.fchampalimaud.org from the 1st October 2007 until the 31st December 2007.

Completed Entries must be received in full by the Foundation by December 31st, 2007.

4. Afterwards

After the completion of the entry forms, the Champalimaud Foundation may contact the nominators requesting additional information.

Award Funds

The award of € 1.0 million may be used in any way that furthers the outstanding contribution of the recipient group(s).
