WHERE?

We test whether cDC diversity originates in the bone marrow. Using high-dimensional flow cytometry, lineage tracing, confocal imaging and spatial transcriptomics, we ask if cDC subsets are bona fide lineages pre-specified at the progenitor level in the marrow.
