A postdoctoral fellow position is available immediately at the Cancer Dormancy & Immunity lab. Our laboratory is interested in understanding the mechanisms that regulate breast cancer dormancy, and in finding ways to effectively target dormant cancer cells and prevent metastatic disease.

The selected candidate will spearhead a research project within a broader research program, whose goal is to understand how tissue immunity shapes metastatic progression. The project is expected to leverage single-cell and spatial profiling technologies in mouse and human tissues to understand how specific immune environments within distant sites react to disseminated tumor cells and disproportionally impact the emergence of breast cancer metastases.
