The Flow Cytometry Platform was created in 2017 with the mission to provide to Champalimaud Foundation community and external groups technical and scientific advice regarding the use of flow cytometric technologies. This platform is currently equipped with a Becton Dickinson FACSAria Fusion and two BD LSR Fortessa X20 (4 lasers for 16 colour detection) cell analyzers Both LSR Fortessa X20 are equipped with FSC option to detect small particles.

Main Interests:

We aim to train researchers in the adequate use of the flow cytometry instruments and also on flow cytometry principles, experiment design, as well data analysis and interpretation.
