Foundation Models for Behaviour

Leverage advances in AI/ML to build evolving, large-scale models of whole-brain control in virtual or robotic agents. These models will be trained on diverse datasets, envisioning to create a unified modeling platform that integrates diverse whole-brain neural and behavioral data ; uncover principles of whole-brain organization and behavior generation; and develop methods to turn powerful black-box models into interpretable, mechanistic insights.
